Specifically, DIAS SA supplied and installed firefighting equipment in a vehicle of the Civil Protection of the Municipality of Penteli. This is a firefighting superstructure PSpro 600-13s with a high-pressure pump and a capacity of 600 liters of water, which was installed in a vehicle of the Voluntary Civil Protection Unit of the Municipality of Penteli.

During the ceremony of handing over the firefighting equipment, which was held on Friday, April 19, 2024, the Mayor of Penteli, Mrs Natassa Kosmopoulou, expressed her gratitude to DIAS SA for the donation, stating that: “We accept with great pleasure the interest and generosity on behalf of DIAS SA for the needs of our city. Such valuable initiatives of active contribution honor us and  trigger our sense of responsibility as they are linked with the very important and difficult task, of the fire protection of our city which has already suffered a lot”.

The CEO of DIAS S.A., Stavroula Kampouridou, stressed: “It is with great pleasure that we deliver today to the Municipality of Penteli and its Voluntary Civil Protection Unit, firefighting equipment in order for the latter to continue offering its valuable services = of the protection of the forest capital of the wider area. The equipment will be used to patrol forest areas and immediately tackle wild fires at their onset. Through this specific donation, we have chosen to invest in the crucially important area of prevention.”
