Mr. Tampourlos is a graduate of the University of Piraeus/ Department of Economics and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University (Montreal, Canada). Since 1980 he has worked as Finance Manager in various corporations, including Milchem International, Hilti SA, American Express and ICI. From 1990 until 2003 he worked for Pfizer/Warner Lambert SA, where prior to his departure and for three years he held the position of Regional CFO for Europe, Middle East and Africa. From June 2003 until April 2004 he served as Chief Financial Officer at OTE (Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation). In May 2004 he joined Frigoglass SA as Group CFO, a position he retained until May 2014. Mr. Tampourlos served as independent BoD member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at OTE from June 2004 to June 2019, as well as independent BoD member at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A from January 2011 to December 2023. Additionally, from September 2016 to February 2024, he served as an independent Audit committee member at the Athens International Airport (AIA). His current board memberships are: independent BOD member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at DESFA (Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator), independent BOD member and member of the Audit Committee at ORANGE TELECOM ROMANIA (subsidiary of Orange France) and independent BOD member at COSMOTE Payments.
