Transactions via the DIAS ATM network
Payment card holders can be served at any ATM of the Payment Service Providers that participate in the DIAS ATM service.
The following transactions are supported:
- Cash withdrawal, with a daily limit of EUR 620
- Balance inquiry
- Change Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Unblock Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Cards issued by participating Payment Service Providers are acceptable, as are AMEX and DINERS cards. Each transaction is approved exclusively by the card's issuer.
All transactions are secured in accordance to the PCI DSS standard.

For Payment Service Providers
The DIASATM interbank service enables issuing Payment Service Providers (issuers) to support transactions made by their customers at ATMs of other participating Providers (acquirers) within the service.
The service supports the transaction types listed above.
DIAS Payment System
The DIAS Payment System consists of the services through which payments are processed, in line with the applicable operating specifications.
Each Payment Service Provider may participate in one or more of the following services:
- DIAS Credit Transfer
- DIAS Direct Debit
- DIAS ATM
- DIAS Cheque
