Considering that in 2023 the RF/QR payment code is planned to be adopted by several large public organizations and companies, the number of these transactions is expected to grow furthermore.
An indicative list of the type of entities of both the private and public sector that use the RF/QR payment code includes tax authorities (using it to collect taxes such as circulation taxes), social security institutions, companies in the energy and telecommunications sector, insurance and pharmaceutical companies, companies offering mailing services, businesses in the car industry, private educational institutions, retail companies in electronics, clothing, cosmetic companies etc.
