The new DIAS S.A. private data center in Marousi, Athens was completed and began operating in 2013. It is designed to meet high-availability criteria (2N architecture), which is verified by system monitoring reports and maintenance logs. The data center also hosts and supports TIRESIAS S.A. primary data center as well as other bank equipment in a high-availability environment.
DIAS holds valid certificates ensuring the physical safety of its infrastructure:
ISO 27001 Information Security System.
ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.
PCI-DSS for cardholder data. DIAS services are certified as compatible with strict security policies and PCI-DSS procedures.
Services
- The data center can host isolated racks and private cages in various sizes which can be adapted to the needs of the user, with capability for independent power, cooling and security management, depending on infrastructure requirements.
- The colocation area can be within a protective cage, where access is controlled based on the user’s security policies, and is monitored/recorded by the access control system and the closed circuit television system (CCTV).
